How long does production take?
All items are printed on demand after your order is confirmed. Production takes 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines begin after production is complete, so total time from order to delivery is production time plus delivery time for your zone.
Can I get same-day delivery in Nairobi?
Because every item is printed fresh, same-day delivery isn’t available for new orders. However, if your order finishes production before noon, we can often get it to you within Nairobi the same evening via boda boda. The fastest realistic turnaround is next-day delivery.
Do you deliver outside Kenya?
Not yet. We’re currently Kenya-only while we perfect our production and delivery operations. East Africa expansion (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda) is on our roadmap for 2026. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your country.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe for your zone, contact us at support@printisha.co or WhatsApp us at WhatsApp. We’ll investigate with our carrier partner and either locate your package or reprint and reship at no extra cost.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! In Nairobi, you can choose “Pickup Mtaani” at checkout. We partner with local pickup points across the city. You’ll get an SMS when your order is ready for collection. Pickup is KES 100 cheaper than doorstep delivery.
