01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Printisha, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
02Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Printisha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
03Creator Obligations
- You must own or have the rights to all designs you upload
- Designs must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your store information
- You must comply with all applicable Kenyan laws
04Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited on Printisha: hate speech, sexually explicit material, content promoting violence, copyrighted material without authorization, counterfeit brand logos, and any content that violates Kenyan law. Printisha reserves the right to remove any content and suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
05Payments & Payouts
Buyers pay via M-PESA STK Push or IntaSend. Creators receive payouts to their registered M-PESA number every Monday.
Pricing: You set your price.
Creators set their own selling price above the platform base cost — the difference is their profit. Printisha retains the base cost to cover production and shipping. Minimum payout threshold is KES 500.
06Intellectual Property
Creators retain 100% ownership of their original designs. By uploading designs to Printisha, you grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce, display, and distribute the designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and marketing your products on the platform.
Printisha respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been used without permission, contact us at legal@printisha.co and we will investigate promptly.
07Limitation of Liability
Printisha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to you through the platform in the preceding 12 months.
