Do I need to have a design ready?

No. You can upload artwork or start from a vibe.

Can my drop include custom tags?

Yes. Branded and Signature Drops can include Culture Cards, hang tags, neck labels, stickers, and creator notes.

Do I pay upfront for packaging?

You can start free with basic packaging. Eligible Signature Drops may use Brand Kit Advance. Printisha fronts the kit and recovers it from early sales. Full breakdown on the Drop Kits page.

What happens if my drop sells slowly?

Your drop can start simple, or your unused brand assets can stay in your Printisha inventory for future orders.

Will every customer get the same packaging?

Yes. Each drop launches with one chosen identity level, so the first buyer and the last buyer receive a consistent experience.

When do I get paid?

After orders close out, your creator earnings are paid to M-PESA on the payout schedule.
