M-PESA STK Push

Printisha uses M-PESA STK Push as the primary payment method. When you checkout, a payment prompt is sent directly to your phone. Enter your M-PESA PIN to confirm — no paybill numbers or till numbers to remember. The payment is confirmed instantly and your order begins processing.

IntaSend (Backup)

If M-PESA STK Push is unavailable, we fall back to IntaSend which supports M-PESA, card payments, and mobile money. You'll be redirected to a secure IntaSend checkout page to complete your payment.

Refund Policy

Since all products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we will issue a full refund via M-PESA in these cases:

• Printing defects or quality issues
• Wrong item or size shipped
• Order not delivered within 7 business days
• Damaged during shipping

To request a refund, email support@printisha.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
